Built on a simple idea.
Canadian importers deserve a customs broker who answers the phone, explains the process clearly, and never charges hidden fees.
Ambassador Customs Brokerage Inc. was built on that idea. Over time it has grown into a fully licensed customs brokerage serving importers across Canada — from a single personal shipment to recurring commercial supply chains.
From our office in Ottawa, our brokers coordinate customs clearance at Canada's major ports of entry — Toronto Pearson, Vancouver, Montreal-Trudeau, Calgary and Halifax — and handle freight moving by air, ocean, rail and truck.

You can file your own customs entries, but most importers use a licensed broker. An import broker makes sure your shipments comply with Canadian customs law, classifies goods correctly, calculates duties and taxes accurately, and prevents the delays and penalties that come from mistakes in paperwork.
